About Us

OMED Health^® is a dedicated, patient-centric digital platform that offers breath-based devices and supporting resources for a range of conditions. Our initial focus is within digestive disease and gut health, directly supporting patients with breath-based diagnostics.

OMED Health was founded in 2022 and is a division of Owlstone Medical, the world leader in breath analysis. Owlstone Medical’s mission is to save 100,000 lives and $1.5B in healthcare costs by advancing early detection and precision medicine through Breath Biopsy.

We also partner with the Functional Gut Clinic to provide Hydrogen and Methane Breath Tests for the detection of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and carbohydrate malabsorption and through this partnership, we are involved in studies related to early detection and precision medicine of gastrointestinal disease, as well as the discovery of novel biomarkers.

At OMED Health, our Advisory Group offers informed perspectives and advice, empowering us to deliver appropriate products and services to our customers.
