I have suffered with bloating , nausea, fluctuance and reflux for the last 20 years, and have followed a low Fodmap diet for most of this time, mostly just keeping to a low dairy and low wheat diet. Three years ago I had major abdominal surgery, gynae and bladder related, recovery was tough and my stomach issues were highlighted even more , my GP ran a few tests and was unable to find the cause , even endoscopy reported no heitus hernia.
I had heard about SIBO and decided to get myself tested via OMED , the initial test was via a breath test ,followed by a breath analyzer device. It was no surprise that my result was positive.

I have been suffering with my digestive health for 42 years - it's been quite a journey!
